We welcome new parents and children to the setting this short half term. 

Thank you for taking part and supporting Mother’s Day gifts -  we raised £75.00.

Summer Term 1: Tuesday 22nd April 2025 – Friday 23rd May 2025

Opening Hours are 7.30 am - 5.30 pm.


Thank you to Chale Show who have donated £500.00 for our support within the Tea tent to help towards our Gardening project. 


Our weekly visits to the library for children 3+ will continue (Alternate Tuesday and Thursdays). 

 

Our story of the week and song of the week will be:

Preschool Hours

Please make sure that you stick to the hours you have book for your child.

The preschool days and outings are planned around these times.

Allergy Aware Preschool

 

We have a child in our preschool with severe food allergies to Peanuts and Tree Nuts and Dogs.

 

Due to the severity of these allergies, we are asking that you are mindful of this when sending food into the preschool, and keeping ALL Dogs of the Preschool grounds.

 

We appreciate your cooperation.

Wednesday 16th April – National Offer Day


Please make your child’s Keyworker aware of where your child will be attending Primary.

We will be starting to plan transition day.

Communication is key.

 

Any WOW moments, concerns or questions please share these with a member of staff or your child’s Key worker.ο»Ώ

Dropping off and collecting your child.

 

Please make sure that there is only 1 adult in the Foyer collecting or dropping off at any one time. Please respect other parents' space.

Morning Snack: 9.30am -10.30am

Please provide a healthy snack, we recommend a piece of fruit, yoghurt or cheese.

 

No Water Bottles in the setting please, we use fresh, cool water from a fountain with cups provided.

 

School Dinners are available from Chartwells caterers £3.72 per meal. Please book before 9.00 am.

 

Pack Lunches:  Please provide your child with a named lunch box. May we politely remind you to be mindful of the contents when sending lunch boxes into preschool. think about eating fewer processed and ultra processed foods in your child's lunch box

 

If your child’s lunch box If your child has : Peanuts, Sausages, Popcorn we will be sending them home with you. These are classed as a high risk choking hazard.

Remember to report any absence from preschool.

1 year- 2 years £6.75 an hour

2- 3 years £6.50 an hour

3- school age £6.00


Plus £5.00 sustainability charge every week.

Government Funding: Make sure you confirm your funding every 3 months when requested.

Afterschool Club for school age children: 3.00- 5.30pm £6.00 an hour + 25p Snack
